Individual Counselling

It is the joint effort of a therapist and the person in therapy. Therapy is intended to inspire change or to enhance their quality of life. People

may seek therapy to cope with problems

that are increasingly difficult to

handle alone.

Couples Counselling

Couples counseling is designed

to guide couples on how to interact more effectively in their relationship. The goal is to

provide a safe environment where couples can

identify problems in their relationship and work together to solve them.

Family Counselling

Counseling for families is intended to foster understanding and collaboration among family members in order to solve the problems of one or more family members. Families can benefit from therapy when they experience any stressful event that may strain family relationships, such as financial hardship, divorce, or the death of a loved one.

HEAD TO SOUL SERVICES

Relationship counselling provides an opportunity for individuals and couples to learn to make better decisions, improve and strengthen personal skills, develop increased confidence, overcome blocks to personal effectiveness, and acquire a keener awareness and appreciation of their needs and the needs of others. Exploring and expressing feelings, examining beliefs or ways of thinking, reflecting on patterns of behaviour, and working to make healthy changes, are all ways clients can expect to communicate with a counsellor. The counselling process is a unique relationship of two (or more) people in dynamic interaction.
